Aging Solutions can put together a comprehensive care-management plan for your elderly relative in such a way that we in effect become a surrogate family member. We arrange for reputable home-care services, 24 hours a day if necessary; we help you find and contract for the most appropriate nursing and rehabilitation care; we can arrange for easily overlooked necessities as pet care.
Because we do not provide these services ourselves but rather find the appropriate, reputable firms for you, you don't buy services you don't need. And we have no financial arrangement with any other service provider, so we recommend only providers we believe in.
We continue to act as your family's advocate while overseeing your care-management plan, checking on service providers, filing detailed reports with you on a regular basis, and staying alert to any changes in your aging relative's situation that you need to know about.
